Next to the cozy student-like bar there is a dedicated area to work or study from. There is plenty of space and all facilities are present to get some work done. Its outstanding WiFi and availability of good coffees and sandwiches make it one of the favorite places for digital nomads to work from.
In the heart of Rotterdam you will find the big and popular Dudok. A place that has become quite a concept in Rotterdam. Take place at one of the many tables or nest yourself at the big reading table that also has many power outlets. The WiFi code can be found on their delicious menu, so you can start immediately with your deadlines. While you’re at it, don’t forget to try their famous apple pie!
Located in the main city Theatre of Rotterdam, you will find bar and restaurant Floor. There are many options to choose from. Sit at one of the cozy tables inside or in their lovely little courtyard if the sun is out. The Nationale-Nederlanden and Dutch coffee company Douwe Egberts created a place that simply breathes digital nomad lifestyle. Next to the Central Station of Rotterdam, it is specially designed as a workplace, where you can easily plug in your laptop and enjoy their famous DE coffee. The WiFi is outstanding throughout the building as well as their breakfast and lunch menu. Next to the numerous places to work from it is also possible to rent a meeting room for more privacy.
Another spot close to the Central Station of Rotterdam, but definitely worth mentioning is the Stationshuiskamer (The Station Living Room). An extremely cozy place with many chilled seats, great WiFi and plenty of powerplugs. They serve amazing coffee as well as breakfast and lunch for good prices. A great place to stay and work from all day or when you need to kill some time while passing through Rotterdam.
