The brand new Kloof Street Hotel (2020) is one of the perfect places for digital nomads to combine the ever so vibrant city life of Cape Town with working remotely. While the mother organization Lion Roars started with lodges in Zambia and the Eastern Cape, it slowly found its way to trendy Cape Town. And they did well!

As the name slightly suggests, Kloof Street Hotel is based at the highly popular Kloof Street in Cape Town. A street in the safe area of Gardens that is filled with trendy bars and cozy restaurants. From this street a small drive by car, Uber or bus will take you to the cable way of Table Mountain or many of the hiking trails. Just a 10 minute drive away you will find Camps Bay and its beautiful beaches. The center is within a 10 minute walking distance.

Its comfortable rooms, outstanding kitchen and coworking space in the restaurant make it very Way To Nomad proof. The location is a huge plus, as this street is one of our personal favorites.

The interior design of the common areas and all the rooms has a very luxury feel to it. No to mention the outside area that has its own bar, huge sun terrace, swimming pool and insane Table Mountain views. Because most of the rooms are smaller than usual, the prices are relatively low for the quality that you get. So, one of the top locations, with the best mountain views, with all facilities on board, for the best price-quality. Need we say more?

The Kloof Hotel offers 6 different rooms. These range from the cleverly designed Mountain View Pods, the Luxury rooms with different views and or without terraces and the Luxury Suites and Penthouse Suites. All rooms are tastefully but simple decorated and have all facilities necessary.
